Brief History | Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic 1973 – 2018
A Brief History of Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic Year by Year | 1973 - 2018. Since 1973 Willie Nelson has graced country music fans with his (sorta) annual 4th of July Picnic.  Since '73, Willie Nelson is to host his 45th annual 4th of July Picnic.  There were a few times when the music festival looked like it would not survive to see its 45th birthday.  For instance, in 1980, at the Perdenales Country Club, Willie Nelson had announced that this was going to be his last festival.  And for the next couple of years, he held his word until the return of the Picnic in 1983-84.

Jim Martin | Lonesome Cowboy Album Released

https://ift.tt/2zYZriy Jim Martin is a fine longtime Nashville artists and one of the most recognizable faces in Nashville's singer/songwriter scene.  Not surprising that he grabs people's attention with his unique blend of Texas-Swing, Blues and Alt-country. The album has a smooth alt-country and blues vibe mixed with the sweet dynamics of a saxophone - all put together by the vocals of an authentic "stone cold" singer/songwriter. The album includes the new single " She Loves Me For Now " as well as the debut single released last March " The Whole Enchilada ." The album's tracklist includes: The Whole Enchilada She Loves Me For Now Ston...

https://ift.tt/2ZT01c2 POST CONCERT NEWS:   Review  •  Thanks  •  Future Updates  •  More Saturday night was another great chapter in the book of Camp House Concerts.  A chapter that definitely lived up to it's name, ' Hotter Than Hell .' The stage was electrified by the bearded band of Manzy Lowry, showing off their unique style of 'electric outlaw country'.  The funky folk duo of Jana Pochop and Emily Shirley, bringing a bit of Austin songwriting to Nixon, TX.  We might have been the first to hear the new revolution of Folk Rap by Pochop!  The Logan Ryan Band set a new venue record by having 5 people on stage.  Wayworn Traveler also put on a magnificent performance not letting the heat alter their style in any way! It's safe to say that we had a very exciting lineup that filled the Camp House air with new and memorable sounds.  The same airspace that was invaded by Judge Coleman and Bill Scarff in their ...
